Life can feel overwhelming, heavy, and uncertain at times—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a safe environment where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold at your own pace. I’m here to walk alongside you and support you through life’s challenges. As a bilingual and bicultural (Spanish-English) Latina therapist, I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space that honors your identity, culture, and lived experiences. I understand how meaningful it is to feel welcomed and represented in therapy. Whether you’re seeking extra support, working through past experiences, or hoping to strengthen your coping skills, we will build a collaborative relationship centered on your goals and needs. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual. I integrate evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Brainspotting to support healing and emotional well-being. I am also certified in domestic violence training and have experience supporting survivors with sensitivity, empowerment, and care. Reaching out for therapy takes courage. It would be an honor to hear your story and support you on your healing journey.

I’m a therapist who integrates DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, manage emotions, and create meaningful change. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative — I believe growth happens when people feel both supported and challenged. I work to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and intentional.

Something about the way you're living doesn't feel right — maybe you can't quite name it yet, but you know it's there. That's exactly where we start. I specialize in working with women (ages 15+), helping my clients untangle what's not working and get back to enjoying their lives and relationships.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and whole life wellness — because you're not just a set of symptoms, you're a whole person. My practice is grounded in secular, evidence-based modalities; if faith-based or spiritually integrated counseling is important to you, I'd encourage you to seek a therapist who specializes in that area to ensure the best fit.
A Colorado native, I double majored in Psychology and Acting at CU Boulder, and earned my Master's in Counseling from Adams State University. I live in Boulder County with my husband, three dogs, and one cat — and when I'm not in session, you'll find me hiking, reading crime dramas, doing home projects, traveling, or volunteering with local dog rescues. 🐾
Please note: the intake session time you select will be your standing appointment slot for all future sessions. Switching times cannot be guaranteed, as additional openings may not be available.

Most major insurance plans are accepted here, so cost isn't what's standing between you and feeling better — and we'll handle the paperwork.
Our counselors are trained to help you work through what's hard — not just talk about it. When you're ready, we're ready.
