Empowering existence, fostering healing and growth

About Me

As a counselor, I am committed to providing you with a safe space where you can be your authentic self.

Through self-exploration, self-understanding, and empowerment, the healing process can begin. As a licensed professional counselor candidate in the state of Colorado, I work with adults of various ages, ethnicities, races, socio-economic statuses, and mental and physical abilities. I am currently completing my postgraduate supervision hours. Along with being well versed in several counseling techniques, I specialize in trauma-integrated humanistic-existential therapy focusing on self-acceptance and interpersonal difficulties. I believe in helping clients find meaning and purpose in their lives. To empower them to find ways to live more authentically, and with personal integrity and agency. As an individual counselor and a group facilitator, I am committed to creating a safe place where clients can explore, heal, and grow.
