My dedication to helping others was shaped by formative life experiences and deepened through both personal growth and professional development. A pivotal moment was my service as a medic in the military, which solidified my commitment to supporting others in times of crisis and vulnerability. Since then, I’ve held diverse roles and spent years supporting individuals facing complex life challenges, each experience deepening my understanding of human resilience and strengthening my dedication to the helping profession. I’ve supported individuals across the lifespan through trauma, grief, mental health concerns, life transitions, legal system involvement, and other impactful stressors.
My education and clinical experience have honed my therapeutic skills, broadened my perspective, and deepened my empathy—enabling me to empower others while continuing my own growth. Through this journey, I’ve aligned strongly with an Adlerian approach, emphasizing holistic, goal-oriented care, social connectedness, and the belief that every individual can realize their potential. This framework integrates evidence-based practices to promote wellness and meaningful change. As Alfred Adler noted, “Courage is the willingness to be imperfect.”
In therapy, I create a space where individuals can embrace vulnerability, develop self-awareness, and move toward growth with compassion rather than self-judgment. I believe that fostering courage and connection allows clients to recognize their strengths, engage authentically in change, and cultivate lasting well-being.

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for yourself or your child takes care, intention, and courage, and I’m honored you’re exploring what support could look like for you or your family.
If you are navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges and desire greater life satisfaction and deeper, more connected relationships, then I'm the right fit for you. Together, we work to identify your needs, build self-awareness, increase self-esteem, and develop a more secure attachment with yourself. This process also strengthens your ability to advocate for yourself and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
If your child is experiencing challenges at school and in relationships with impulse control, emotion regulation, school difficulties, attachment struggles, and social skills, then I'm the right fit. Through engaging activities and an attachment focus, I help children express themselves, build secure connections, and develop effective coping strategies to increase their success at school and at home.

Hi there! I believe therapy works best when it feels real, human, and collaborative. I show up as my authentic self and invite my clients to do the same, creating a space where both positive and difficult experiences can be openly explored and held with care. My approach is person-centered and existential, meaning I focus on who you are, what gives your life meaning, and how your values shape the choices you want to make. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and strength-based interventions to help you build awareness, resilience, and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Above all, I strive to meet you where you are, offering empathy, curiosity, and support while working together to shape therapy into something that feels intentional and aligned with your needs.

Feeling safe with others is probably the most critical aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives." - Bessel Van Der Kolk.
I believe that we all deserve relationships that we feel emotionally safety within. Relationships where we can get in touch with our emotions and feel truly felt by another person. I believe in the power of sharing our stories and being seen and "feeling with" another human being can be an incredibly healing experience. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work(SWC).
As a therapist, I strive to provide others with outside insight, helpful information, and empathy to help you normalize your struggles. I bring good listening skills, and a little gentle humor to each session. My practice is rooted in attachment theory and pulls on IFS and Narrative work. I am happy to work with clients who have a variety of challenges including- relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and LGBTQ support!
"Recovery can only take place within the context of relationships; it cannot occur within isolation." -Judith Herman

Hi! As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I specialize in helping clients identify, challenge, and restructure unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behavior. During our time together, we will focus on examining automatic thoughts, core beliefs, and cognitive distortions to develop more balanced and adaptive ways of thinking. We will work on a collaborative and structured approach, where you feel both supported and gently challenged. We will collaborate together to create a space where you feel you can safely question long-standing beliefs, strengthen cognitive flexibility, and build practical skills that promote lasting emotional and behavioral change.

As a graduate of Colorado State University-Pueblo in May 2025, I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in August 2025. I am also a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Social Work Candidate (SWC). With over 7 years of experience in human services, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, supporting families involved with the Department of Human Services as a life skills worker. Additionally, I spent a year providing clinical services as a therapist during my final year of school. Working in this field has allowed me to truly appreciate the significance of mental health stability, particularly during difficult life transitions. I understand that life’s obstacles can feel overwhelming at times, making the path forward seem daunting. It’s completely normal to feel as though you’re carrying a heavy burden, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
Healthy communication and exploring the next steps in your life can be empowering and essential for healing, whether you are dealing with depression, unhealthy coping mechanisms, stress, trauma, maladaptive behaviors, or concerns about self-esteem. My aim is to collaborate with you, providing support and understanding as we work together. I am dedicated to helping you raise awareness around your feelings and experiences, equipping you with therapeutic tools to foster growth in the areas that matter most to you. I am passionate about using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused brief therapy, to help you overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. I look forward to building a strong, trusting relationship with you. Together, we can embark on this journey toward healing and positive change, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way.
