About Me

Maybe everything hurts, our hearts shadowed and strange. But only when everything hurts may everything change. - Amanda Gorman.

Everyone's lived experiences are vastly different and finding a therapist who can honor and understand these differences is essential to success. My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning that I believe in tailoring our sessions to meet your individual experiences, needs, and goals. From an LGBTQ+ inclusive feminist lens, my approach integrates the understanding that we must look at ourselves holistically within the context of our communities, relationships, society, and internal selves.

No matter what you are facing, my ultimate goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, empowering space for you to explore your inner strength and see your true value. With proper support and guidance, you can heal and reach your full potential.

My background includes mental health care for children, teenagers, and adults, survivors of violence and exploitation, gender and sexuality-affirming care, couples/relational care, and the processing of traumatic experiences. See below for further specializations and services.

If you are ready to take the first step towards better mental health, I am here to support you every step of the way.
