My primary goal as a counselor is to create a space for every individual to explore their lives and find opportunities to grow where it is most difficult to look. I take a holistic approach to the counseling experience, integrating nutrition and physical activity with a unique therapeutic approach that combines Jungian symbology/dream work with Narrative and Existential explorations. My mission is to help you navigate life transitions, career, stress, anxiety, faith-based and spiritual concerns, and how to re-establish a connection with what is most important to you.
