About Me

I want to help you handle those hurdles so you can enjoy your life and relationships again. My primary clientele is young women ages 15-30. Please note that the intake session you sign up for is the slot you will have available for all future sessions. There is no guarantee of being able to switch as I may not have additional openings.
A Colorado native, I double majored in Psychology and Acting at the University of Colorado in Boulder, and obtained my Master's in Counseling with Adams State University. I live in Longmont with my partner, our dogs Molly and Sammy, and our cat Dime. I love photography, hiking, home projects, and crime drama, both on television and to read! I volunteer with several local dog rescues.
