Colorado State University to Offer Session on Mental Health Struggles in the Military

Mental health struggles are prevalent in today's society, especially among veterans. Statistics show that an average of 20 veterans commit suicide each day in the United States.

This is due, in part, to the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder and depression among military members.

To help address this issue, Colorado State University will offer a separate session on Aug. 29 focused on mental health struggles.

This session will provide attendees with information on how to identify and address mental health struggles in themselves and others.
