  2. During the intake call, we will gather pertinent contact information as well as your Medicare ID.
  3. Most of the time, we will check benefits with Medicaid while on the phone and pass along any added expenses that may be required from the client.  
  4. After this, check your email for important intake paperwork that you can fill out and upload it in our client portal or bring it with you to your session. 
  5. During your session with your counselor, you'll discuss the issues you are facing and set some goals.  At this point, you and your therapist can discuss how often you would like to continue to see each other.  The choice is up to you.
