What can you expect during your sessions?

Counseling and mental health care is becoming more common; it is viewed as an integral part of our all-around health and wellness. 1. When you call you'll be greeted by our scheduler that will book a time for your 1st session with the therapist of your choice.  
2. During the intake call, we will gather pertinent contact information as well as your Medicare ID.
3. Most of the time, we will check benefits with Anthem while on the phone and pass along any added expenses that may be required from the client.  
4. After this, check your email for important intake paperwork that you can fill out and upload it in our client portal or bring it with you to your session. 
5. During your session with your counselor, you'll discuss your issues and set some goals.  At this point, you and your therapist can discuss how often you would like to continue to see each other.  The choice is up to you.
