About Me

I'm an emotionally focused therapist committed to healing and transformation by exploring emotions, patterns, and strengths.

My sense of humor, life experience, and authenticity help create a safe space for change and inner work. I use a culturally inclusive approach to the counseling experience and personalize my process for every client. We will explore your habits, values, and beliefs to facilitate your healing journey. I believe our personal power and freedom come from our vulnerability, and it is my honor to witness and support your journey.

My professional commitment is to create a safe space for my clients to find their power and freedom. My training and experience include a Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health, over three decades of service in education as a principal and teacher, a master's and bachelor's in special education, a Certified Emotional Freedom Coach, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and trauma. We all deserve a safe space to express ourselves and be seen, heard, and validated without judgment. I am passionate about helping people and ensuring everyone feels emotionally safe.

There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle. ~Albert Einstein
