Book A Therapy Session

Counselor Details

As a graduate with a Master of Social Work, I now have over eight years of clinical and non-clinical experience working with families. I have explored, analyzed, and used effective interventions for families, couples, and individuals based on what I've experienced as a mother, nanny, child behavior specialist, social worker, and mental health therapist. Additionally, I specialize in working with children and adolescents struggling with defiance, neuro-typical difficulties/differences, trauma, and general anxiety/depression as well as recently postpartum mothers and mothers in general. I also work with adults and I believe trust and rapport are the foundational elements that make a therapeutic journey successful.

DISCLAIMER: I have a 5-week old baby as of July 21, 2021, and may need to turn my camera off at times in order to feed him. However, I plan to remain fully mentally present for you and attentive to you! If this feels like it would not work for you, please let our schedulers know so you can be better matched with another clinician. Thank you!
