Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is a mental disorder that is characterized by an inflated sense of self-importance, a need for excessive attention and admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. People with NPD often have a grandiose view of themselves and believe that they are superior to others. They may also take advantage of others and use them to achieve their own goals. While narcissistic personality disorder can be difficult to treat, therapy can be an effective tool for managing the symptoms. During therapy, people with NPD can learn to identify and manage their emotions, set boundaries with others, and develop healthier relationships.

In addition, therapy can help people with NPD to understand how their disorder affects those around them and learn new skills and behaviors to enjoy life to the fullest!
