Hello and welcome! Navigating life transitions and interpersonal relationships can feel overwhelming and complex, especially for those with marginalized experiences. As a clinician, it is one of my priorities to provide therapeutic support that is culturally responsive and tailored to your individual life experiences, identities, and needs. My focus areas include working through intergenerational trauma, navigating complex family dynamics, and supporting those trying to break out of harmful cycles. I also enjoy helping clients through life changes or transitions, relationship conflicts, attachment issues, challenges with self-esteem, and anxiety and trauma disorders. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is collaborative and fosters a safe space for learning, unlearning, and healing. While starting this process can feel challenging, with the right therapist, it can be a journey that brings meaningful changes and fulfillment to your life.
