I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges who desire greater life satisfaction and deeper, more connected relationships. I incorporate EMDR therapy, DBT skills to help regulate intense emotions, and CBT to challenge negative thought patterns while fostering greater positivity and hope. Together, we work to identify your needs, build self-awareness, increase self-esteem, and develop a more secure attachment with yourself. This process also strengthens your ability to advocate for yourself and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
For children, I use a play therapy and attachment-focused approach to support those experiencing challenges with impulse control, emotion regulation, school difficulties, attachment struggles, and social skills. Through engaging, developmentally appropriate, and fun activities, I help children express themselves, build secure connections, and develop effective coping strategies while strengthening their interpersonal functioning.
My approach is individualized and developmentally informed, fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful growth for each child, adult, and family. I am also happy to incorporate Christian counseling upon request.
