What We Are Looking For... 

We're looking for a compassionate, skilled office administrator with a heart for serving others and managing a team. If you meet the following requirements, we'd love to hear from you:

• You have experience answering phones.
• You have experience participating in a Help Desk (Helpscout, Zendesk, etc.)
• Have a general understanding of what it means to check benefits. 
• You are interested in full-time or part-time employment.
• You have a compassionate heart that loves to help people in need.
• You are experienced and/or well-versed with modern technology (Google-based applications, video conferencing, task management apps, etc.)
• You'd value the support, guidance, and involvement that comes from joining a caring team of mental health professionals. (We'll be there to support you, every step of the way.)

Required Qualifications 

• Laptop/desktop computer
• Sustainable and fast Wifi
• Computer savvy
• Smartphone
• Headset for computer (recommended but not required)
• Ability to manage multiple calendars and schedule therapy sessions
• Some health insurance terminology experience (copay, deductible, coinsurance, etc.)
