Tracey Lundy, LSW

One of the strongest predictors of success in therapy is the connection you share with your therapist so finding the best fit is an important first step! I believe in the "therapeutic relationship," developing a relationship of trust and respect. We will work together to find the approach that best fits you--your needs, goals, and unique situation. My focus is to provide a safe place to be heard, understood, and supported.

No matter where you are on your journey, I will meet you there and together we will maximize your potential and develop a greater appreciation for yourself and a greater appreciation for your ability to reach your goals. Long term change is a process. You possess within you all the skills and tools necessary for change. I assist you in discovering and learning how to utilize those tools in the most effective ways. I look forward to helping you find answers, direction, healing, and wellness.

Teletherapy (video or phone sessions) is a great alternative to in-person therapy if desired, and I would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.

Ages

I have experience working with clients from the age of 15 to 62. I have worked with adolescents in school, group, and individual session environments. I work with young adults in the areas of addictions, life coaching, peer relationships, and conflict. I have worked extensively with adults in the area of addiction. Associated with addiction are such issues as suicidal ideations, guilt and shame, broken relationships, and trauma. I have helped client repair broken relationships and build healthy relationships. I help clients recognize their strengths and build boundaries. Helping clients transition from one part of life to another is exciting and fulfilling work. Transitioning from working to retirement takes time and patience. I help clients with resources to move forward through life.
