Tiara Lindsley, LPCC

I have experience working with preteens, teens and adults. I have worked with preteens and teens as they navigate eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. My experience with adults has largely been around parenting as well as depression and anxiety. I will work collaboratively with you, making sure to provide a safe and comforting space for you to process anything that comes up in my office. My goal is to help you navigate through life to reach your goals.

Teletherapy (video or phone sessions) is a great alternative to in-person therapy if desired, and I would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
