Emily Kreiger, LPCC

I truly believe the hardest part of counseling is setting the initial appointment.  From that point forward, we will be in this together.  Although I can work with you in a traditional setting, I do have an eclectic approach to therapy as I know talk therapy is not for everyone. I am in the process of becoming certified in drama therapy. Drama Therapy is a type of creative arts therapy that is active and allows the client to embody emotions and situations. It has parallels to play therapy and art therapy as well. Whatever the modality we choose to use, I will listen and encourage you, in a non-judgmental way.

Teletherapy (video or phone sessions) is a great alternative to in-person therapy if desired, and I would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
