Counselor Details

One of the most profound forms of self-love is the decision we make that we are worthy of being fully heard and seen. While therapy can feel intimidating or uncomfortable, it is my priority to create a safe environment where clients can feel authentically themselves. I approach the therapeutic process as walking alongside you, as we work towards the areas you feel are most important to you. I value warmth, genuineness, empathy, learning, and our relationship as the most essential components of therapy. From my experiences working with individuals, couples, and families, I have witnessed the magic of therapy and the unwavering resilience of humans. You are deserving of living a life free of the weights you carry. If you are willing to have me on your side, I would be honored to support you.

While I have experience working with individuals of all ages, I enjoy working with young adults and adults, particularly those who are experiencing a transition of life-related stressors. I firmly believe that we have the potential to grow and learn at every stage of our lives, and am honored when I get the opportunity to support individuals in this process. I have experience working with couples and families and enjoy providing a space for each individual to be heard in order for the system to work together more effectively.
