About Me

I received my master’s degree from Newman University and have clinical experience working with individuals struggling with acute and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-esteem.  I enjoy working with all populations and see the value and potential that everyone has within them.

I understand that we are all from diverse walks of life with our own individual experiences and stories.  I enjoy using an eclectic approach, which means using different modalities that are tailored to your unique story.  I offer a space without judgement, where you can come as you are and be your true self.  Taking that first step can be scary, approaching that hurdle is often one of the toughest parts.  It can be hard to do things for ourselves, but I challenge you to put yourself first and make the jump to start healing.  You’re worth it!
