About Me

My approach to therapy is based on the belief that we each hold unique, intrinsic value, regardless of the challenges we face. I will work with you to create a safe space to define and achieve your goals through compassion and self-empowerment.

I utilize several modalities to best serve your needs and to help you further develop your skillset to create lasting change. I look forward to walking beside you on your journey toward healing, understanding, and fulfillment.
