Navigating the ups, downs, and all-around can feel totally overwhelming at times, especially as one recovers from trauma or challenging life events - as a clinician, I'll work with you to process and understand emotions, to create strategic coping skills tailored to your symptoms, and to develop a practice of self-love through empowerment and unconditional positive regard. We all deserve a space to feel safe, seen, and heard as our most authentic selves and to let our inner light shine brightly without fear of judgment; I strive to provide that space for my clients!

I provide counseling and art therapy services; I understand not all clients will feel comfortable making art as a part of therapy - in this case, I am happy to provide talk therapy in a person-centered style. One myth I like to break about art therapy is that it "works best with kids and teens"; I believe art therapy is an age-appropriate and effective treatment in all of life's phases!
