Collaborative and supportive space...

About Me

I believe that each one of us has the strength to navigate all of life's challenges. We will start by exploring your goals and discovering ways to help those goals become reality.

I seek to create a space that is collaborative and supportive, all while offering a safe space to challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone. We will explore where you came from, where you are currently, and where you hope to be in the future.

One of the most powerful predictors of successful therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I always encourage clients to take their time and find the right fit for their needs. If you have participated in therapy before, we will build upon the techniques and skills that have been helpful for you in the past, as well as develop new skills to add to your toolbox. If this is your first time seeking out therapy, we will work as a team to discover the approach that best works for you. I am excited to assist you in reaching your goals!
