"Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom." – Viktor E. Frankl.
I believe that there's no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. It's important to create an open, supportive space to develop a trusting relationship, meet you where you're at in your journey, and find the treatment approach that works best for you. As a therapist, I will actively collaborate with you to develop your goals and learn skills that best meet your individual needs. My approach to counseling is nonjudgmental, empathetic, and direct with a sense of humor. I look forward to working with you.
I have immediate openings for teletherapy (video or phone sessions) and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.

I enjoy working with adults of all ages to overcome various challenges, such as trauma, dissociation, life transitions, grief, loss, depression, and anxiety, as well as gender identity and expression. My specialty is working with individuals who have experienced or are currently experiencing domestic violence, abuse, and sexual assault. Every person has their own unique strengths, needs, and stories. My goal is to help you navigate through your challenges to achieve your goals and create a fulfilling, meaningful life.
We started at another facility and switch over here because our therapist moved here. The transition was very easy and the communication has been very smooth. Location and hours are also a plus. My kiddo loves it here.
