There is a way out of suffering.

About Me

I provide a safe, compassionate space in which we can discuss your struggles, challenges, and frustrations as well as your strengths, dreams, and goals.

As you come to understand yourself and your patterns better, we will collaborate to develop new skills to help you move in the direction that makes the most sense to you. I offer warm, compassionate support to help you learn and grow in ways that allow you more clarity, acceptance, and ease in moving through crises, change, and even the mundane. You seek healing, growth, understanding, and wellness; my job is to help create the conditions that will allow that growth to occur.

Let's get you feeling better, understanding yourself better, and functioning better. Let's get you connecting to others better, working towards your goals, and enjoying life more. There is a way out of suffering: you have to choose something different, and you have to learn new skills, which is where I can help.

Your willingness to engage in counseling is a bold move, and a great gift to yourself. I'm honored to be part of your journey.

google reviews Thank you, Jenny, for helping through a difficult situation. Life always seems to bring on some hard situations that are sometimes down-right painful but we just need to keep our head up and keep pressing on. My time spent with Jenny has been everything I could ask for!
