As a therapist, it is my job to work collaboratively with my clients and empower them to heal, grow and change in meaningful and transformative ways.
I enjoy working with people in all seasons of their lives, addressing various struggles, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. However, I have a passion for helping children and teenagers navigate the transformative years of their lives, working through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and school problems. As a therapist, it's important that I offer a space where everyone can feel safe to be genuine and authentic during the therapeutic process.
I have had experience working in the inpatient setting and individual therapy. A graduate of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, I obtained my B.A. in Communication and pursued my Masters of Social Work.
