Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed? Are you struggling to adjust to changes in your life? Perhaps "normal" life transitions have left you feeling empty or insecure? Maybe the past is creeping into your present moment, making it hard to appreciate how far you have come? Perhaps you are struggling to find balance or carrying a sense of inadequacy? As you are reading this, you have already taken an important and difficult step toward finding clarity. Seeking assistance is a sign of strength. Whether you are struggling with current or past pain, I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space for you to explore and express yourself. I became a therapist because I wanted to help people with the struggles, life decisions, and circumstances they find themselves facing and navigating. I believe in building a trusting relationship with my clients, built on mutual respect. I offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed integrative psychotherapy. I use evidence-based treatment approaches, ensuring you receive quality care supported by current research. Together, we will create an individualized plan and collaboratively work toward your identified outcome.
I have immediate openings for teletherapy (video or phone sessions) and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
I have experience working with clients of all ages. I have worked with preteens and adolescents struggling with school and academic concerns, friendship issues, bullying, changing schools, and parent-child relationships. I have worked with high school students in navigating the life choices they are making, and finding the best path for them as they transition into adulthood. I have worked with young adults and adults through a variety of life challenges; including relationships, marriage, parenting, job changes and losses, phase of life problems, grief, addiction, and numerous other life struggles and situations.
