I was called to the field of social work by my own journey through counseling. I have worked through the therapeutic process to find peace, wellness, and growth. I admire all of my clients for taking the first step by seeking the help they need, and it is my honor and duty to provide them with the best service possible to guide their healing journey.

My practice is client-centered; the individuality of each client guides the therapy process. As a clinician, I provide a safe, comfortable and reliable space to work through uncomfortable feelings, while giving you tools to support your own healing. I utilize a holistic perspective unique to each individual with interventions incorporating the mind, body, and spirit. I will provide warm support and guidance but also push you toward growth as you are ready.  In my personal life, I moved to Loveland from Cleveland, Ohio in 2016 with my husband and our 2 dogs and 2 cats. We love it here and spend as much time as we can outdoors enjoying the Colorado sunshine. My favorite part of a typical day is walking my dogs and watching the sunset.
