My goal as a therapist is to collaborate with you in a manner that best fits your values, identity, and needs in effort to create a trusting therapeutic relationship, mutual respect and a safe environment for you to share your story and feel heard. I will work with you to empower you to identify your individual strengths and build upon these skills to assist you in working toward goals, alleviating challenges and finding healing and restoration. I am excited to work alongside you to build the hope needed to propel you forward from surviving to thriving.

I have immediate openings for teletherapy (video or phone sessions) and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
