You deserve to live the life you have always dreamed of. I believe the first step in building a successful counselor relationship is to build trust and a strong therapeutic bond. Counseling can be daunting and overwhelming at times, I am here to help you overcome the hurdles that life throws our way. I want to be able to help you grow and develop into a healthy individual who can tackle anything that may come in life. I enjoy working with teenagers as well as women ages 15-40.
I was born and raised in Kansas, however, I am a Colorado girl at heart. I have spent the last 15 years in Colorado. I did my undergraduate degree in Durango at Fort Lewis and my master's at Adams State. I recently moved from Denver to the western slope of Colorado with my husband, our baby girl, and our two dogs Yoshi and Teocalli. I enjoy hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, yoga, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
