When we own our emotions, we can rebuild and find our way through the pain.

About Me

Many of my clients tell me a story about a big thing that happened to them. Sometimes, it's the death of a loved one, a ruptured relationship, or a change in life circumstances. But, almost always, I hear them say that they "never really processed it" or "couldn't move on."

It can be really difficult as an individual to spot the effects of grief and loss in your life, but if you find yourself saying some of those phrases, you might just be there.

I journey with clients in moving forward with their grief. This can include understanding how grief and bereavement affect other parts of your life, what other life situations might be making it harder, and learning new coping skills to deal with some of the "gut punch" moments.

If you can identify that "big thing," just know that it's possible to find relief and it's possible to use it as an opportunity for growth.
