I aim to help people to live a healthier, happier lifestyle by working to understand the patterns affecting your life and developing new skills. Each counseling session is tailored to be effective in identifying and achieving your goals.
I bring a wide range of modalities including Cogitative Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), positive psychology, mindfulness and person-centered therapies to ensure each client knows they are working with a knowledgeable and skilled clinician.
