From a therapeutic perspective, I believe that it is important for the clinician to understand that each client’s experiences and emotions are real and valid.

My work focuses on a client-centered approach while using an eclectic mix of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, etc. I have experience supporting a wide variety of struggles such as children struggling in school, families in conflict, and adults needing support with processing grief. My focus areas include mood disorders, trauma, grief, family conflict, military, first responders, and health care workers.
