I believe finding the "right fit" in a therapist is of the utmost importance. When you find someone who you click with, it becomes an easy connection to exploring your own thoughts and beliefs. We can work together to establish a relationship to best support you and your goals, whatever they may be.
Whether this is your first time seeking therapy, or you are trying to find someone you connect with, I am willing and open to discuss your ideas of therapy and your goals. I am excited to begin this journey together.

I have immediate openings for teletherapy (video or phone sessions) and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
