Whether you are struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues or just looking to better understand yourself, I can help. From our first session together we will work on building a strong therapeutic relationship where trust is key while also being accepting of all who come in search of answers about their lives from me as your therapist!
I'm someone who is driven to help those in need. My experiences as a mentor and counselor have given me great insight on how we interact with each other, both mentally health-wise or substance abuse-wise; these skills will be applied during our time together for an environment that fosters safety, confidentiality, and acceptance.
