When meeting new clients, I work to build a positive therapeutic alliance and environment to allow teens to feel comfortable, as I know seeking help and trusting others can be scary. Working with teenagers, I strive to encourage and assist them in developing self-identity and positive self-esteem as they learn to navigate the world independently and become successful adults in society.
