I approach therapy as a collaborative process; working closely with you to ensure your goals for treatment are always my priority. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with all types of anxiety and have extensive experience working with adults dealing with trauma exposure such as victims of crime, domestic violence, and combat veterans. I have also had the opportunity to work with parents to enhance the parent/child relationship and address issues of child non-compliance, aggression, and school behaviors as well as adults struggling with depression, relationship difficulties, and work/life balance issues. I understand it takes tremendous courage to change and I would be honored to assist you as you strive for a more fulfilling, rewarding, and enjoyable life.
