Counselor Details

Welcome! Therapy is about having a good "fit" in which can blossom into a great therapeutic relationship. A therapist who is willing to listen when working alongside a client is essential.

Treatment always sounds very clinical; however, I encourage you that the goals and objectives of treatment are intended to be collaborative and client-directed.

Therapists are not intended to "fix" people but are called to be catalysts of change in which the client paces through their circumstances. As an eclectic and integrative therapist, my role is to listen and provide options of treatment approaches that fit your needs in a safe, comfortable, and supportive atmosphere. I look forward to being a part of your team.

I have had the privilege of working with individuals with varying ages ranging from 4-65 years old. I also have extensive training and experience with individuals with ASD as an RBT for over four years understanding applied behavior analysis.

With youth under 12 years old, I have experience using child-centered and developmental play therapy modalities. Within the playroom, I have processed and/or addressed client experiences of trauma, ASD, developmental delays, boundary difficulties, identity, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, and more. The experiences I have working with adolescence ages 13- early 20s include addressing issues revolving around identity, negative self talk, ASD, developmental delays, depression, relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, cutting, bullying, suicidal thoughts, spirituality, and more, either within a church setting or within a clinical setting using an eclectic approach to fit the individual.

I also have experience working with adults ranging from their early 20s-mid 60s that navigated issues such as personality disorders, identity, trauma, depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, anger management, medical issues, spirituality, parenting, autonomy difficulties, relational issues, suicidal thoughts, and more using an integrative and eclectic approach. I have truly enjoyed working with each diverse age group.
