While taking the leap into therapy can feel overwhelming, I strive to welcome each client into a safe space where we can work together to create lasting change. I value a collaborative relationship in my work to ensure your comfort throughout the session, place a focus on what you truly value, as well as to learn alongside you - since I believe you are the expert on your own experiences. show more
My own therapeutic journey began when I was a teenager, which not only inspired my deep passion and desire to become a counselor but has continued to motivate me to help teens and adults navigate their stress and feelings as a whole. As a clinician, I believe that even if you feel that you've hit rock bottom, there is no way to go but up - and together, we can start setting up the ladder to begin climbing towards your goals.
