What makes me stand out? I don't want you to be my client next year. I want us to work hard today to bring about effective and sustainable change so you can start living your best and most fulfilling life and have an incredibly meaningful life you are longing for today.

I have developed evidenced-based methods to help my clients break old patterns of thinking to find true inner peace with themselves and the world around them. I bring 8 years of working with a male clientele and am able to have frank conversations in a supportive way that help my male clients increase insight and sustain change. I help coach my female clients to let go of fear and experience true happiness in their lives and relationships.

I have immediate openings for teletherapy (video or phone sessions) and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.

I have work with adolescents 16 and up and adults of all ages. With adolescents, I strive to normalize this time of their life and the autonomy they are seeking. We explore identity and developing a vision for their life and help them find the solution-focused goals to become who they most wish to be.
I also work with adults who come to be for a number of reasons. Many of my clients were feeling broken and needed someone to hear their story and help them find a healthier narrative to believe in rather than what they had been told by those who hurt them. I help them navigate the painful thoughts and emotions that come in through rejection, fear of abandonment, infidelity, or low self-esteem as well as depression and anxiety.
