As a graduate with a Master of Social Work, I now have over nine years of clinical and non-clinical experience working with families, individual children, young adult women and postpartum mothers. I have explored, analyzed, and used effective therapeutic interventions for families and individuals based on what I've experienced as a mother, nanny, child behavior specialist/parent coach, social worker, and mental health therapist.
SPECIALIZATIONS: I specialize in working with postpartum mothers, young children ages 6 and up doing teleplay therapy, LGBTQPIA+ affirming for teens/adults, adult women recovering from narcissistic abuse/PTSD, and adolescents struggling with defiance, neurodiverse traits, trauma, and general anxiety/depression.
