About Me

When was the last time you felt heard, not just listened to? The atmosphere I aim to create is one in which you feel safe opening up about things that are difficult to think about- let alone speak about. I will not judge you but rather support you as you go through this healing journey. You are not alone in all that you carry on your shoulders, together we will find some tools that help you lighten the load. I want you to leave our sessions feeling seen, known and heard.

When considering what sort of therapeutic approach I practice, I consider myself to have an integrated approach meaning that I don’t just practice one form of therapy rather, I practice multiple modalities using the form appropriate for the situation. Some of these include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on rewiring your thoughts so that they positively change your behavior. Existential Therapy, focuses on what brings meaning to your life and how your actions and behavior can be perceived in relationships. Additionally, I am heavily influenced by the most up-to-date neuroscience and practice Mindfulness, which can reduce anxiety, restructure where trauma memories are stored in the brain, improve attention, and reduce stress.

If you choose to partner with me, you are choosing to chase after your goals and open the door to endless possibilities. I’m looking forward to meeting with you soon.
