"Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn't mean you can, should, or need to do it alone."- Lisa Olivera
I believe one of the biggest challenges we face when struggling to navigate uncertain, difficult, or trying periods of life is finding the courage to reach out and ask for help.
One of the most important aspects of how successful therapy can be is the relationship with your Counselor. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive, judgment-free space.
I will meet you where you are, partner with you, and walk alongside you through these difficult times. I am here to help you find hope and strength again. I look forward to working with you.
Ages I Work With
I have experience working with individuals throughout their lifespan.
As a Licensed School Counselor, I have worked with children and adolescents to overcome a multitude of issues from anxiety and emotional regulation to relationship and boundary issues.
I believe teenagers often need a trusted adult to help them adjust and find balance as they begin their journey towards independence.
I enjoy working with adults to help them navigate the challenges life brings such as, relationship issues, parenthood, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression. I believe all individuals have innate, unique strengths.
My goal is to partner with you to discover those strengths and help you to thrive.
