"Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom." – Viktor E. Frankl.

I believe that there's no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. It's important to create an open, supportive space to develop a trusting relationship, meet you where you're at in your journey, and find the treatment approach that works best for you. As a therapist, I will actively collaborate with you to develop your goals and learn skills that best meet your individual needs. My approach to counseling is nonjudgmental, empathetic, and direct with a sense of humor. I look forward to working with you.

Teletherapy (video or phone sessions) is a great alternative to in-person therapy if desired, and I would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
