I am a people person and love the richness in the diversity of mankind. Life is a journey and throughout one's journey in life, there are smooth times and times that just seem so hard to get through. During those dark and difficult times in ones' life, having someone to on lean1 for guidance and support is very beneficial. I know that with the right person actively listening and understanding; one can make it through. It would be my greatest honor to support you through those "mental flu" times in life. I believe individuals know what helps them the most and I am there to help provide the tools, listening ear, and support to get one through in a time of need. The hardest step is always the first step; yet I am here for you, once you take your first step. I am a great listener, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I have worked with people of all ages, socioeconomics, beliefs, and uniqueness. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. You will be able to feel safe, accepted, and heard when working with me through one's times of mental health need. Is today the day for your first step? I am here to support you.

Teletherapy (video or phone sessions) is a great alternative to in-person therapy if desired, and I would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
