“Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we’re all in this together.”- Brene Brown. I believe one of the biggest challenges we face when struggling to navigate uncertain, difficult, or trying periods of life is finding the courage to reach out and ask for help.

One of the most important aspects of how successful therapy can be is the relationship with your Counselor. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive, judgment-free space. I will meet you where you are, partner with you, and walk alongside you to achieve your goals. I am here to help you find hope and strength again. I look forward to working with you.

I enjoy helping others navigate the challenges life brings such as, relationship issues, separation,  parenthood, life transitions, sexuality, stress, anxiety, and depression. I believe all individuals have innate, unique strengths. My goal is to partner with you to discover those strengths and help you to thrive.
